Job description
- Provide general administrative support, including typing, printing, filing, and mailing.
- Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
- Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
- Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
- Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
- Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
- Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager
- P-File update & Record & maintain database
- Record Purchasing Request of items from Requester and submit it to the respective manager and department for approval.
- Maintain the Stock and machine Inventory accuracy.
- Assist team in daily operational routine
- Any ad-hoc activities as assigned
- Responsible for the daily operations including sourcing, evaluation and procurement of supplies.
- Assist in Sourcing for appropriate products and services with the best possible pricing and payment terms by manner of quotations from suppliers.
- Maintain and upkeep inventory control.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Min O Level & above or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
- Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
- Fresh graduate are welcome
Other Information:
- 5 days work per week
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Monday to Friday
Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time
