Job Purpose
- To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer/patients.
- With the key aim to provide excellence patient care and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
- Maintain overall décor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
- Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges.
- Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
- Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.
Requirements
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Working experience in service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
