Job Purpose

• To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer/patients.
• With the key aim to provide excellence patient care and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
• Maintain overall décor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
• Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
• Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges.
• Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
• Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
• Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.

Requirements

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience in service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
