We’re now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join us as we open our flagship store in Singapore.
### About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, self-motivated Full-Time Beauty Advisor who excels in customer service and is eager to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the store team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, beautiful store displays, and fully stocked inventory.
### Key Responsibilities
*Customer Service*
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries and feedback promptly with effective solutions.
- Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Build a strong regular clientele by contributing creative ideas to enhance customer relationships.
*Operations*
- Support daily retail operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, and customer assistance.
- Ensure the store’s presentation aligns with our brand image and standards.
- Assist in the execution of sales plans, marketing events, and promotions.
- Replenish inventory and contribute to optimal visual merchandising with new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet KPIs and other store objectives.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle various payment methods with precision.
- Relay in-store feedback and observations to supervisors to support continuous improvement.
*Additional Responsibilities*
- Participate in stock-taking exercises and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
### Requirements
- Passionate about the beauty retail industry and customer interaction.
- Experience in retail, preferably in beauty, is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and high level of integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (total of 44 hours per week).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $1,800.00 per month
