Work Period: 07 December 2024- 31 December 2024

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm



Reporting to the team, you will assist and co-ordinate the team which includes:


Provide administrative support to the department.
Ensure documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
Keying in of data into the system.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Only Singaporeans
At least 6 months of relevant administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to commit 5 days a week, office hours (9am to 6pm)
Proficiency in SAP will be an advantage but not a must

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe
Positive working attitude
Hands-on and an independent team player
Strong design skills, keen eye for detail, visual literacy and meticulousness
Good communication and organization skills
