Scent Designer
We are a MAISON, the first collaborative creative perfumery house for the luxury-lifestyle generation, who want to stand out from everyday scents with sustainable haute couture natural ingredients. We are currently seeking Retail Assistants for our boutiques who will be trained to become Scent Designers. If you are service-oriented, passionate and love perfumes, we’d love to meet with you! The basic duties of a retail assistant/scent designer in our boutiques are:
Main Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers. Identify their personality and their needs/ desires for scents.
To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of the current advertising, marketing campaigns and new launches.
Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets.
Follow all stock management procedures and support the team to maintain highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
To carry additional duties as directed by the Boutique Manager and any other senior representative of the company.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the retail, F&B or hospitality industry
Strong sales skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
High attention to details and service
Flexibility to work various shifts, ability to multitask.
Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn with a strong team spirit mindset
