Job Description
Setting up and maintaining machines and equipment to be used in production.
Reading various blueprints and performing various tests.
Installing different types of tools in the assembly line.
Liaising with managers to better understand project requirements and specificities.
Assembling different parts of a product during production.
Making final touches to a product before shipment.
Monitoring the assembly line and taking note of any discrepancies before reporting to a manager.
Requirements
Min Nitec education
Training will be production normal shift 7am - 4pm, after probation start shift (min 3 months, can extend)
Need to have manufacturing/ operating machine experiences.
Other
Allowances: Shift allowance: $10 per day shift and $20.50 per night shift.
Gross allowances $200 - $400 average
Full force OT $500 (72 hours) avg 2-3 days of OT
Bonus: AWS and Performance Bonus - 9.62% based on Annual Base Salary. (100% target met). Both pay out in December month.
Working Hours: 12 hours 3/4/4/3, 7am - 7pm (morning), 7pm - 7am (night)
We do provide 2 ways company transport to our employees working in Tuas and we also have inhouse air-conditioned Cafeteria for our employees to enjoy their meals and/or take a break
