  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Summary:

Up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.15pm)
Pioneer (Transport provided
at Lakeside MRT and Jurong East MRT)


Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate
with Operations regarding billing charges
Collaborate
with AP team for POB charges
Generate A/R
invoices based on job submissions from Operations
Dispatch
e-Invoices (including supporting documents) to all customers
Compile
billing data/reports/system inputs for customers as needed
Address
customer queries or feedback on invoices
Issue
Statements of Accounts to customers post AR finalization
Validate
unbilled items in AR closed orders post closure
Pursue
payment for outstanding and overdue invoices from customers
Ensure
accurate recording of receipts supported by payment advice
Prepare
billing-related reports
