Our Talent & Transformation team is focused on creating, planning, and executing strategies to support the delivery of business objectives for our clients. We are seeking to fill some requirements for internships to provide you with the opportunity to work on consulting projects and to assist in translating numbers into stories about HR trends.

What can you expect:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and adaptable university student who is excited by all things data and talent strategy.
  • You will have the opportunity to help shape exciting outcomes for our clients navigating the future of work in areas such as HR transformation, skills, job redesign, workforce planning, employee engagement and change / communications.

We will count on you to:

  • Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
  • Be mindful when creating well researched deliverables.
  • Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

What you need to have:

  • Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
  • Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from January 2025
  • Have a passion to learn areas of HR.
  • Good-to-have: Writing samples or samples of your project planning capabilities, from your university assignments or otherwise.
  • Most importantly... be fun to work with!
