Job Title: Temp QA Administrator (Maternity Cover Role)Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 8 20am to 5 50pm
Duration: Immediate for 4 months (subjected to extendable)
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Update RoHS and REACH approval with vendors.
• Maintain and filing QC documents (both hard and soft copies).
• Prepare the weekly / month end HOD report.
• Coordinate internal transfer for material (MTT).
• Raise purge for part with quality issue.
• Follow RMA with vendor and internal for closure.
• Arrange DHL shipment.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
• PC literate at basic levels, proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good team player and independent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in QC.
• Able to do filing, office paper work and data entry.
• Pack items, coordinate with couriers and ensure timely delivery.
• Candidate with QC background will be advantageous.
