Roles & Responsibilities
Wipro Consumer Care Singapore distributes and markets a comprehensive range of personal care products, principally skin care, hair care, talcum powder, deodorants, shower and cleansing products and fragrances, and household detergents and other cleaning products in the FMCG industry. These are marketed under well-known brand names like BIO-ESSENCE, EBENE, DERMA LAB, EVERSOFT, ENCHANTEUR, SAFI and other market leading brands in the region.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be executing the day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms alongside with the Senior Executive, and assist in strategizing the for the growth of our brands in the e-commerce space. The E-Commerce Executive will also be responsible for inventory management, order processing, and platform management, while also supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Job Description
1. Product Management: Assist in adding, updating, and maintaining product listings on several e-commerce platforms including company’s e-commerce site. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
2. E-commerce planning: Develop, propose and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and market share expansion for Wipro Consumer Care in Singapore.
3. Platform and online account management: Manage multiple platforms requests and needs and negotiate favourable terms and activities for the listing of our products. Liaise with key account managers with various marketplaces to ensure positive growth, brand presence and sales
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify popular products, and assist in restocking strategies to avoid out of stock situations.
5. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements. Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success.
6. Data Analysis: Interpret e-commerce data and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends. Use analytical tools and e-commerce platform data to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable insights.
7. Competitor Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry E-Commerce trends and competitor strategies.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to ensure smooth E-commerce operations
9. Kepping updated: Participate in training sessions and workshops as recommended or identified, to enhance your knowledge of e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally within a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, product listing optimization, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
