Management Trainee

Location: Central, Singapore

Job Type: Full-time/Contract

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join team.
This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, client engagement strategies and overall business operations. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions to learn about products, services and effective sales techniques.
• Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals and reports.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs..
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and client service to ensure a seamless experience.
• Attend sales meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus but not required.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
