Duties and Roles
1. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the products.
2. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new channels/customers, actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, net-working and social media.
4. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide support to meet their needs.
5. Collect feedback from customers to contribute to product and service improvements.
6. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
7. Maintain updated records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
8. Ad-hoc duties related to sales operation assigned by Management.
9. Assist in developing marketing plan
10. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Requirement / skills
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of relevant field, familiar with main stationery players in the market.
• Knowledge in handling office equipment - e.g. Binder, Laminator, Shredder & Finger scanner etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to Multitask and effective problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
