Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Strategic Marketing Analyst
to oversee our social media strategy and execute organic and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, as well as experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and key events.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Design, create, and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Able to produce designs and copywriting to produce high-quality content.
3. Organic Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to optimize organic reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
4. Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance data to track effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, google Ads) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is advantageous.
