As a finance business partner reporting to the Finance Director, you will collaborate with the region's entities to deliver insightful financial analysis and reports in accordance with statutory requirements, while also preparing management financials for the Group.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will conduct variance analysis of key financial ratios on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. You'll review financial risks and opportunities, support the Finance team in areas like accounting and management reporting, and collaborate with the Shared Services and Group Consolidation teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting. Additionally, you'll manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, coordinate management review meetings, uphold finance policies, oversee cash flow and credit management, liaise with auditors during year-end audits, and handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Regional Finance Head.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy (CPA/CA preferred) and bring 8-10 years of experience, including team leadership. A strong business acumen in technology and project accounting is essential, along with proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills. We seek a proactive, self-motivated professional with exceptional analytical capabilities and strong communication skills. You should be adept at collaborating across diverse countries and cultures, managing stakeholder perceptions, and meeting tight deadlines. Embracing innovation, particularly in utilizing artificial intelligence tools, is vital. A solid understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements will also be crucial to your success in this role.
