Senior Engineer (Dimension)

Element has an opportunity for an Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

The role is based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
• Ensure proer delivery of service to customer(s)
• Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years or more experience in Calibration and Measurement of Dimension is preferred
• Working knowledge of laboratory safety
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business
• Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
• Possess strong computer skills
