To ensure business's sustainability and continuity and to act as a first point of contact:dealing with correspondence, organising meetings and appointments for the Director.It involves providing administrative support to clients and stakeholders of the business, which includes (and not limited to):
- Agency support;
- Client management like: answering calls, responding to enquiries;
- Preparing proposals and weekly presentations;
- Assisting in claims and follow ups;
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets;
- Managing records and receipts;
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions;
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process;
- Providing customer service to clients;
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams;
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.

Working Experience
