Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communication, Asia, you will be required to develop and execute an effective PR and communication strategy for Paramount’s portfolio of brands in Southeast Asia. You will be expected to support and help manage senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Driving publicity for our brands, products, and initiatives in SEA markets, with the goal of growing reach across all media platforms, building value, and reinforcing the strength of our brands and IPs Management of vendors and agencies where necessary Monitoring of press coverage and compilation of reports Maintaining and building solid media relations in all markets, including organising and conducting quarterly upfronts Supporting communication for all business units such as affiliate teams, Consumer Products & Experiences Handling of admin/finance systems and processes, from preparing vendor service agreements and vendor registration to submission of Operational Approval Requirements (OAR) and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) Overall comms support for Asia Internal

Key Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of company-wide initiatives like Community Day, Inclusion Week
- Primary support for all employee engagement activities/campaigns in the Singapore office
- Trade
- Primary support for Paramount’s participation in sponsorship of key industry events like APOS, ContentAsia Summit, AVIA OTT Summit
- Corporate comms for Southeast Asia, build and manage the profile of our brands and executives e.g. identify, pitch, and secure speaking opportunities in key markets
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business Management with 5 years of related experience
- Diverse experience across all aspects of communications (corporate, publicity, event management, and issues management).
- A digital problem solver with expertise in harnessing social media for communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic and global environment with multiplatform products
- Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including the use of English
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
