Accounts
- Support day to day Finance operations
- Preparation of payment vouchers, cheques, and GIRO transactions
- Perform cash and bank reconciliation for received payments in foreign currency
- Handle full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
- Assist in preparing monthly and interim financial accounts
- Participate in the annual financial audit
- Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately
- Liaise with relevant departments & external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Human Resources
- Update Annual Leave/MC/Hospitlisation Leave
- Manage the preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employee handbooks policies and procedures.
- Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc. via WPOL/EPOL.
- Training application to grants return to company on the entire process.
- Assist with any other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/ Degree in Accounting and Finance
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Bilingual to liaise with stakeholders from non-English speaking countries
- Excellent time management, committed, diligent and meticulous
- High degree of accuracy & efficiency
- Independent, able to take initiative and team player.
- Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel and knowledge of ERP/INFOR is preferred
- Strong in analytical skills and able to communicate effectively
- Able to work with management and staff of all levels
- Preferred working experience in Manufacturing & MNC company
