Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain equipment list (Aircon, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Electrical Board, Fire Protection System, Environmental Monitoring System)
  • Liaise with relevant authorities/ subcontractor/ clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & Testing & Commissioning job
  • Answer Technical hotline phone call
  • Update Emergency call (E-Call) statistic and email to team for reference
  • Schedule of Maintenance, Repair and Testing & Commissioning Jobs
  • Maintain master schedule, ensure schedule is up to date (E-call, Follow-up, Ad-hoc)
  • Prepare and maintain Method of statements (MOS)/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), checklists
  • Assist update Risk Assessment (RA) for job site requirement
  • Assist Technical Manager/Engineer negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor in accordance to the allocated budget
  • Perform administrative supports to team pertaining to technical operation

Requirements:

  • At least Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in related field
  • Prefer 2 years relevant working experience
  • Candidates with administrative experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Responsible, pro-active, teamwork, responsive
