Maintenance Planning Associate (Costing)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Maintenance Planning & Cost Control department in SIA's Engineering Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform invoice verification and processing of Vendors and MRO invoices
• Assist in collating cost charges to facilitate warranty and insurance claims
• Assist in preparing cost data for capitalization reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly maintenance cost reports
• Update the invoices status tracker
• Maintain and update Contracts database
• Help to organise regular meetings with service providers to resolve invoice disputes and contract clarifications
• Complete any other duties assigned to meet team objectives
  
  

Requirements

• Possesses a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance; Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Able to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines
• Adaptable to changes and a problem solver
• Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
