Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment for assigned departments from searching for candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, salary proposals to following up on acceptance and confirmation of commencement date while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HODs to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill critical/evergreen roles to reduce the hiring lead time.
- Build and maintain relationships with IHLs and professional organizations.
- Represent company at career fairs and networking events.
- Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics.
- Regular review and improvements on Recruitment workflow processes & procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in HR.
- IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR Recruitment experience with experience in passive and active searches, good understanding of Recruitment processes, HR operations and Employment Act.
- Resourceful, resilient and able to work independently.
- Highly numerate and meticulous in entire recruitment process/event coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills with ability to influence others.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-changing environments.
- Experience in the healthcare sector and familiar with SuccessFactors HRIS will be an added advantage.
