- Able to edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Monitor trends in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Min 2 years of experience in e-commerce related industry (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Analytical ability to conduct market research and identify trends and recommendations.
- Team Player driven by sales outcomes and targets.
- Strong marketing sense with expertise in building a strong digital presence.
- Innovative and resourceful in finding new approaches in problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can communicate in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
