Job Summary
As a Telemarketer at Optimus Events, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our event management services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our event management services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services and event packages.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide suitable solutions.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets while contributing to overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on client needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about our services and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and company events.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the events industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
