Responsibilities
The incumbent will support the General Affairs Department in the following:
Office Facilities Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for office facilities and maintenance needs, oversee office renovation projects
- Manage general office tasks, including annual cleaning services, ordering office supplies etc
- Ensure the accuracy of facilities management documentation, payment and records
Fixed Assets Management
- Manage fixed assets budget, submit reports to HQ and procurement process
- Conduct annual fixed assets stock take and submit required documents to internal auditor
Travel
- Responsible for the management of flight, accommodation and transportation arrangement for Company staffs and visitors
- Manage the travel agency, corporate rate for airlines and liaise with Concur on solution for travel issues
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of related experience in General Admin
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
