Job Description

Debt Recovery

Liaise with Debt Collection Agencies and Law firms to resolve and negotiate payment related issues with customers
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on Debt Collection Agencies and Law firm activities and outcomes
Validate Debt Collection Agencies and Law firm billing and commission computation to ensure timely payments to them
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, develop and implement new strategies to recover debts

Fraud Management

Monitor accounts and transactions for unusual or suspicious activities that suggest fraudulent behaviour
Collect evidences and document the findings for regulatory compliance and follow-up actions
Collaborate with internal teams to implement fraud detection measures
Improve SOPs and develop rational tactics that address payment issues while safeguarding against fraud
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging fraud techniques

Qualifications

Appropriate qualification in Finance, Statistics, Law enforcement, regulatory compliance, or related fields and experiences
At least 2 years of work experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experiences with credit management or fraud detection software will be advantageous
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and mitigate risks from multiple sources
Good communication and written skills
Proactive, resilient, with an eye for detail
Strong sense of ethics and integrity to hande sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
