Responsibilities:
-Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory and food cost management
-Design and execute high-quality, seasonal menu with a cinematic flair
-Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence in every dish
-Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
-Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed
-Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirement:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining setting, lounge, bistro, or similar dining environment
-Passion for food and creativity in developing unique dishes
-Excellent time management and multitasking skills
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Passion for culinary creativity and innovation
-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
-Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
