Job Description
• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales, call centre and online orders
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers and liaise with the Commercial team
• Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-department colleagues
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties
