Key Responsibilities:

Advertisement and Recruitment:
Post job advertisements across platforms such as FastJob, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp Channels.
Address staff inquiries regarding age requirements, grooming standards, payment rates, and other relevant matters.
Conduct staff briefings on guidelines and expectations.
Oversee registration processes and manage daily recruitment tasks.
Facilitate job bookings and handle job cancellations.
Prepare and distribute payment vouchers; manage staff payouts.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and gather staff feedback for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with staff.
Client and Staff Coordination:
Review and respond to clients’ staffing requests promptly.
Input and verify staff requisitions for accurate scheduling.
Collaborate with the team to fulfill staffing requirements.
Provide on-site support, including grooming kits and issue resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Collect and process client timesheets accurately.
Analyze competitor and client information to provide industry insights.
Share industry insights with the team to inform strategies.
Ensure smooth staffing operations through effective collaboration.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and client coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
