Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and client coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
