Summary
Reporting to the APAC Head, Corporate Communications & Sustainability, the Corporate Communications Executive plays a strong support role in championing our CMA-CGM brand and telling our story across Asia Pacific. Collaborating with our global and regional colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, executing exciting events, and driving communication initiatives that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Head Office and regional stakeholders to drive and implement communications and sustainability initiatives in a timely manner
• Support Corporate Communications in highlighting the company’s progress in sustainability, business excellence, and award presentation
• Build relations and act as a liaison between CMA CGM and industry stakeholders to explore relevant communication opportunities
• Develop compelling content and communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and identity
• Manage the content production process, including brainstorming ideas, conducting research and interviews, and doing up visual graphics, for internal and external audiences
• Monitor content performance and recommend engagement improvements for internal communications platforms, and social media platforms
• Plan, organise and execute internal and external events
• Support awards submissions, memberships, sponsorships, tradeshows and advertising activities
• Provide administration support to the APAC communications and Sustainability team, including tracking the implementation status of regional comms initiatives, and all other work assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in communications or marketing. Agency experience, and/or experience in shipping or supply chain industry a plus.
• Ability to produce high quality written materials and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and resourceful with good social and cross-functional networking skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media and graphic design applications (e.g. Canva)
• Proficiency in commercial database research and management is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint)
• Dedicated, meticulous, and professional
