We are looking for a hands-on, energetic team player who can provide operational and administrative support to Gallup’s internal and external clients.
What you’ll do:
- Orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, update presentations and documents, manage calendars and expense reports, and handle other administrative requests as needed.
- Leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter with your warm and welcoming style on the phone and at Gallup courses and events.
- Support in-person courses and events in the office, including printing and coordinating materials, hosting clients, supporting catering needs, keeping the kitchen and rooms stocked and tidy, being responsible for room setup and tear down, and carrying out other tasks as needed.
- Schedule calls with Gallup course participants and Gallup coaches via email and phone.
Strong communication skills; detail orientation; and the ability to be self-directed, proactive and agile will be essential to your success in this multifaceted opportunity. If you’re ready to be part of the team and help us fulfil our mission of changing the world, join us, and put your greatest strengths to work.
Who we want:
- Service-oriented team members who have the sophistication, poise and confidence to support the Gallup Singapore team and clients
- Exceptional achievers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of working with a variety of individuals and varying schedules
- Sophisticated communicators who can quickly build rapport and engage others in conversation
- Highly organized multitaskers who can prioritize the urgency of multiple requests to meet simultaneous deadlines with outstanding quality
- Proactive initiators with the confidence to help associates and clients get what they need before they ask for it
- Adaptable professionals with the flexibility and intuition it takes to prioritize quickly changing needs — and the discipline to remain focused on the details
- Engaging team players who build close relationships with associates and always lend a helping hand
What you need:
- At least three years of administrative experience required
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Availability to work four days a week in Gallup’s Singapore office required
What we offer:
We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths — what you do right, rather than what you do wrong — and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:
- A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture
- The opportunity to work in a flexible and hybrid environment that allows you to work remotely one day per week
- A global, diverse and inclusive workplace culture that is committed to fostering belonging and wellbeing
- A collaborative work environment with world-class managers and highly tenured mentors who guide and empower associates based on their unique skills and strengths
- Continuous learning and development opportunities and purposeful career growth tailored to your unique talents
- Mission-driven work that changes the lives of people around the world
- A beautiful office located at the heart of Singapore’s vibrant central business district, offering a dynamic and picturesque environment with Singapore’s iconic skyline at our doorstep
