What The Role Is
As an Organisational Psychologist in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will work closely with HQ divisions, external consultants and other Organisational Psychologists on a range of applied psychological and organisational development projects in areas such as employee selection, assessment, leadership development, innovation and transformation, organisational diagnostics and staff engagement.

As an Organisational Psychologist in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will work closely with HQ divisions, external consultants and other Organisational Psychologists on a range of applied psychological and organisational development projects in areas such as employee selection, assessment, leadership development, innovation and transformation, organisational diagnostics and staff engagement.
What You Will Be Working On
- Partner with stakeholders in the development and implementation of leadership development and employee engagement programmes
- Develop assessment tools and utilise appropriate psychological methods to aid in employee selection, assessment, placement and other related programmes
- Design and conduct surveys, and analyse data and trends to evaluate organisational functioning and employee engagement
- Formulate policies and recommendations to enhance the provision of organisational development/ psychological services to the Ministry
- Deliver various training programmes and workshops to support employee development
- Engage internal and external stakeholders on change management efforts, promote continuous improvement and facilitate the delivery of customer-centric services
- Proficiency in performing statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) or equivalent
- Possess strong interest in data analytics and visualisation tools
- A self-driven and adaptable individual with a keen interest in learning
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Strong analytical, thinking and project management skills
- Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Psychology
