Must Company SG is an IT firm based in Singapore, specializing in System Integration (SI), System Management (SM), and customized solutions. We are currently building up Must Company SG as our headquarters while leveraging our expertise from Must Fintech, our original base in Korea. Our business scope covers various industries, including Fintech, PropTech, and other business domains. We have a strong team of over 130 overseas developers, supporting our global operations. As part of our global expansion strategy, we plan to establish and operate entities in key sales hubs such as Dubai, the United States, France, and Japan, to strengthen our presence in international markets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development & Strategic Planning Specialist to develop and execute growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, and establish partnerships that align with our global expansion goals. This role involves planning and overseeing strategic initiatives to maximize business performance in sectors such as Fintech, PropTech, and other specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the establishment of legal entities in target regions (e.g., Dubai, USA, France, Japan) and manage local sales operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business models and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, and clients to drive business growth.
  • Monitor the performance of business strategies and align them with company objectives.
  • Report strategic insights and progress to executive management, making necessary adjustments to achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and strategic planning within the IT or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
  • Knowledge of System Integration (SI), System Management (SM), and relevant technology solutions is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in managing international business operations, including setting up and expanding entities in new regions.
  • Knowledge of the Fintech and PropTech industries, including their regulatory environments and market trends.
  • Experience in international sales and business expansion projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in business-level Chinese is a plus.
