Logipeace's goal is to achieve AI-driven semi-automation of logistics operations within project management and communication. To scale and upgrade our capabilities towards this goal, we are offering an All-in-One platform for project management and communication tailored for shipping companies and ports globally.
Specifically, our current solution centralizes real-time updates and data exchange, which has already streamlined efficiency and resolves fragmented communication challenges for port and shipping professionals.

- Completed the Seed round of fundraising.
- Plan to initiate Series A fundraising within the next one to two years.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Operations to join our leadership team, leading Logipeace toward the vision ‘No.1 Logitech company in 5 years’ by revolutionizing productivity of huge and classic world’s maritime industry that has structural issues in physical/mental well-being, labor shortage/attrition risks for increasing demand, etc. This role is pivotal in driving establishing and scaling the processes and organization, ensuring that our team can deliver on our mission, in function-agnostic manner. As an early-stage startup, you will have the opportunity to shape our company operational strategy and contribute directly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic/Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with the executive team to set short and long-term objectives.
- Organization Development: Hire, build, lead, and mentor the operations team and create talent development/evaluation system with HR. Lead to foster corporate culture.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure operational success. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership/Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless operations and alignment on business objectives. Most importantly, work with function-agnostic mindset in an extremely adaptive manner, vs. solid functionality.
Experiences and Capabilities:
Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields, with a mix of startup and corporate experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, ideally with mix of early-stage startup and structured corporate experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Experience with process design and Implementation as regular drumbeat.
- Adaptability: Experience in navigating uncertainty and rapidly changing environments, as startups often pivot in response to market feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fundamental Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure operational viability.
