Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We offer a very competitive suite of employee benefits and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary of up to S$5,000 plus bonus.

Job Description:

• Understand clients’ job requirements and the expertise and skills required.

• Fill clients’ requirements and manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing and short-listing candidates, CV submission, scheduling interviews, and promoting candidates to clients.

• Service existing accounts including maintaining client relationships and managing any issues contract staff may have

• Keep up with developments, trends, and IT job recruitment needs in the Banking and Finance industry.

Requirements:

• Relevant prior experience in the Recruitment industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• CEI certification will be preferred but not mandatory
• Motivated self-starters who can at the same time be team players
