- Site Survey
- Survey of racks for available space and power for the incoming network equipment
- Trace existing terminal cables, as they may need replacement (maximum of 6 cables per terminal server).
- Locate installed DSL circuit and test their functionality if possible (basic internet connectivity by pinging google).
- Identification of cable management constraints
- Locate pathways and identify risks for installations
- Identify storage space for equipment that will be delivered
- Identification of any constraints or site-specific requirements for deployment activities
- Completion of WWT site assessment template including site photographs
- Patching Schedule – to be created as per supplied template pre and post implementation
