Perm Part time Finance & Account Manager (Half day, Mon to Fri) - $3K to $5K

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the full set of accounts for the company, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as the sole accounting professional in the company.
• Responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial functions of the company.
• Process payroll, employee expense claims, statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS submissions, etc.) and government reimbursements (childcare leave, paternity leave, NSmen makeup pay, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns and other regulatory filings, taking full responsibility for compliance.
• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure.
• Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts independently.
• Prepare IR8A forms for employees to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders during audits and year-end closing.
• Analyse the financial performance of the company and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review financial procedures, internal controls, and business processes/systems to ensure effective controls are in place.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support overall financial planning and decision-making.
• Handle any ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Must be able to commit part time for long term
• Past exp in auditing will be advantage

Mon to Friday (4 hours a day - can be morning or afternoon)
