Centre Supervisor / Principal

Job Description:

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the childcare centre according to the school's policies and quality standards.
• Manage the teaching staff to develop and deliver the Montessori curriculum.
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.
• able to do Centre sales and focus on Enrolment.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean / P.R.
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-T & DECCE-L).
• Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in preschool setting.
• Strong leadership, able to lead and manage a team postiviely.
• High sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
