Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment efforts through our various job portals and social media as well as assisting with day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategies focused on recruitment & agency branding
- Post job advertisements and actively sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn & JobStreet
- Conduct interviews and vet suitable applicants
- Oversee the onboarding administration process for new consultants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
To thrive in this role, you must be outspoken and skilled at articulating job opportunities to engage with potential candidates in an impactful and persuasive manner. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to outreach will help you establish strong connections with both potential and existing consultants while effectively promoting our agency. A background in marketing will be advantageous, enabling you to create engaging content for our social media platforms.

- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of editing tools (e.g., Canva)
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles, or familiarity with insurance operations is a plus, but not mandatory
