  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

• You will be supporting the Investment Lead in identifying and executing new growth opportunities (existing/new markets, greenfield development/ JV/M&A) across the APAC region

• You will build and coordinate relationships with all key stakeholders in new markets including real estate companies, land owners, consultants, telecommunications and utility companies

• You will initiate and develop financial models, comprehensive business cases for new investment opportunities and contribute to deal execution/closure

• You will support preparation of first draft of transaction-related documents (NDA, letter of intent, term-sheet) and work closely with the legal team to negotiate and finalise these documents

• You will support market analysis and competitive intelligence for the expansion markets with regular reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics or similar relevant field

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data centre, real estate or infrastructure sector across APAC

• Experience in developing complex business cases and ability to interact with senior stakeholders

• You have strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities

• You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to report to senior management
