Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
- Produce high-quality content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and develop relevant content.
- Identify and select clients for case studies that showcase the value and impact of our products/services.
- Conduct interviews and gather data to create detailed and engaging case studies.
- Work with design and production teams to produce visually appealing and professional case studies.
- Distribute case studies through appropriate channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Develop and manage a subscriber communication strategy, including newsletters, email campaigns, and updates.
- Segment subscriber lists and personalize communications to enhance engagement.
- Monitor and analyse subscriber engagement metrics to continually improve communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Work with CorpComm team on media related matters.
- Develop and manage internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged like internal newsletters, updates, and other communication materials
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication or related field with at least 5 years of marketing experience
- Certification in content marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia production.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
