Global Payroll Project Manager

Location: Singapore

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Leap29, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Payroll Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global payroll software solution. Your primary focus will be to work closely with external vendors, the global HR team, and local HR and payroll teams across 60+ countries to ensure a seamless transition to a new global payroll provider.

How you will make an impact:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the global payroll software, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, global HR, and local HR and payroll teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy across all regions.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to local HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
• Compliance: Ensure the new payroll system complies with local regulations and global standards.

What we look for:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing global payroll projects, preferably with a focus on large-scale implementations.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of global payroll systems and processes. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive project success.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
