  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Guest Services Host at Artyzen Singapore. The Guest Services Host will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and Sales
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
