We are working with a leading firm and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for an incident manager to join their Singapore team.
As the incident manager, you will manage all technology incidents, drive resolution, and ensure key stakeholders.
You will also be working closely with all support teams (L2/L3) to make sure that the incident is resolved quickly and escalate all process breakdown-related cases.
You will also be responsible for running root cause analysis meetings to identify the root cause, lessons learned, and preventive actions.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5 years in related field
- MUST HAVE:
(a) Experienced in Incident and Problem Management
(b) Strong knowledge in AWS technology
(c) Experienced ServiceNow
