What you will work on:
- Shape Strategy & Drive Growth: Define the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for our energy solutions portfolio, focusing on digital, technical, and sustainable advancements.
- Inspire & Lead: guide a dedicated team to develop and enhance products that meet market needs and improve profitability. With an initial focus on fuel treatments and offline/online measurements for ships.
- Build Market Influence: Act as the authority for Energy Solutions across regions, fostering customer-focused product development and innovation.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Digital teams to ensure seamless product delivery, quality, and support.
- Support Customer Success: Partner with Sales teams to create value for clients, delivering training, expertise, and exceptional service.
- Educational Background: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, technical studies, or business administration.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of leadership experience in developing products and solutions for the maritime sector including marine fuels (preferred).
- Exceptional Communication: and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multinational environment.
- Independent and Organized: A natural time manager who can work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Driven and Ambitious: A proactive self-starter who brings energy, ambition, and a passion for taking the initiative.
- Collaborative Mindset: A true team player who values new perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Leadership: A results-oriented, decisive approach.
- Willingness to Travel
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
