Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm , Monday - Friday.
Attire: Office Attire
Job Role:
Focusing on customer service and facilities coordination between stakeholders of internal or external in ensuring a pleasant experience at the workplace / host office.
Responsibilities:
Greetings to internal and external staffing.
Proactiveness in welcoming and collaborative between individuals/teams/guests experience.
Good communication skills between communities.
Assisting in coordinating meetings rooms booking/conference rooms or related bookings.
Customer service representative as it is the front of office.
Support corporate services requests
Ordering of office supplies and updating vendor's list
Assist on any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Min Education : Nitec and above
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/concierge
Experience in facilities coordination.
IT savviness.
Multi-tasking and good communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Professionalism work attitude
