Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all outlets to ensure smooth flow of daily operations & delivery of targets for each outlet.
Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed across different outlets.
Implement company programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and local regulations to ensure an optimal level of service and quality are provided to the customers while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Review & enhance SOPs and processes working closely with the Bakery Manager.
Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the budgets and their components (labour costs, food costs, supplies, equipment, etc.) to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
Create, recommend and implement promotions ideas to bring in more guests and gain a larger share of the local market.
Attract, retain and motivate the employees; conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Must have at least 3 years in a similar role managing multiple bakery outlets.
Have a strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build reliable models for business growth.
Proven track record in achieving sales growth targets.
Full P&L responsibility.
Requires thorough knowledge of bakery practices and procedures in order to analyse data, diagnose issues and coach the team accordingly.
Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
