Being the first point of contact in boutique store as Retail Fashion Advisor, you will gain insights of the customers by listening to their necessity, sharing our product knowledge, and driving sales through suggestive selling.
You will also engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store in order to drive seamless customer experience across channels and an individual who communicates well and thrives in a team environment.

Consistently achieve monthly, seasonal and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
Capturing customer data into CRM system, for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing future client development opportunities
Providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests
Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with GOLDLION visual standards
Daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room
Adhere to GOLDLION Image standards and guidelines
Cashiering duties
Requirements:
Min "O" ,‘A’ level or Diploma holders
Preferably experience in Fashion retail sales;
Excellent communicate skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential;
