Associate/Senior Associate, Banking Trade Operations (Digital Assets)

• Min. 2 years of Bank Teller experience or Customer service experience in Banking branch.

Job Summary:

We are looking for committed and passionate Associate/Senior Associate to join our Trade Operation Team responsible for:

Booking, trade reconciliation and settlement

• Ensure smooth trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
• Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure proper asset segregation to protect client monies.
• Verify that all trading functionalities, such as order placement, execution, and settlement, work correctly.
• Validation of Business Requirements, ensure the trading platform meets all specified business requirements.

The individual will have opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of trade operations, and regulatory compliance thereof. All Ops functions including Execution & Risk Monitoring, Internal Reporting, LOD1 for Market Surveillance & Regulatory reporting, Controls and governance and User Acceptance Testing.

Our ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, be able to adapt quickly and can handle sensitive information confidentially. Desired personal traits include good people skills, collaborative, hands-on, able to work in fast-paced environment with a can-do mindset.

Requirements:

• Experienced with Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
