Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key research questions and objectives related to product development, market strategy, and business operations.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive advantages.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods to gather relevant insights.
- Interpret data to derive meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations for product enhancements, strategic direction, and operational improvements.
- Support the development of data-driven product roadmaps by providing insights into customer needs and market gaps.
- Collaborate with business operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to streamlining workflows.
- Work with the team to create visually engaging reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and track their impact on key performance indicators.
- Stay current with industry trends, data analytics best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and SQL is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm in adapting to new challenges in a dynamic environment and proactive in learning.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
- Preferably someone who is amenable to commit to a 6-month internship
