Our client, a European multinational company with an established presence in Southeast Asia and Australia, is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to join their Singapore team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives and streamline administrative functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Management: Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, and offboarding to ensure smooth HR operations across the region.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of HR practices with the company’s strategic goals.
- Business Partner Mindset: Adopt a proactive approach to HR, acting as a strategic advisor to help the business achieve growth and operational efficiency.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage essential administrative functions to support the office’s day-to-day operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist with a track record of handling end-to-end HR processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence senior management and stakeholders.
- BP-driven approach, with a focus on aligning HR strategy to support business objectives.
- Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws in Singapore and across Southeast Asia is a plus.
