This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives and streamline administrative functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End HR Management: Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, and offboarding to ensure smooth HR operations across the region.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of HR practices with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Business Partner Mindset: Adopt a proactive approach to HR, acting as a strategic advisor to help the business achieve growth and operational efficiency.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage essential administrative functions to support the office’s day-to-day operations and ensure a productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist with a track record of handling end-to-end HR processes.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence senior management and stakeholders.
  • BP-driven approach, with a focus on aligning HR strategy to support business objectives.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws in Singapore and across Southeast Asia is a plus.
